Respira Tea Pill or Bai He Gu Jin Wan
Nourishes lung yin, moistening the lungs, clearing heat and transforming phlegm. Use for deflicient lung yin with heat producting dry cough or coughing with blood. Other symptoms include dry sore throat, difficult breathing, low grade tidal fever. Useful for dry painful barking coughs that follow lung heat conditions (i.e. pathogenic wind heat and accumulation of heat toxins aka viruses and bacteria with absence of significant amounts of phlegm). Also benefits dry cough after chronic illness as in tuberculosis and AIDS. Helps smoker's cough and pertussis (whooping cough) with little or no phlegm produced.
Ingredients: Rehmannia (unprocessed root tuber), Rehmannia (cured root tuber), Scrophularia(root), Sichuan fritillary (bulb), Platycodon (root), Dong quai (root), Chinese peony (root), Chinese licorice(root).
Directions for Use: Take 8 pills, three times daily.
