Bai Zhu Atractylodes Combo Extract or Jian Pi Wan
Dispels food stasis to harmonize stomach, tonify spleen qi and promote digestion. Useful for chronic deficient spleen qi with accumulated food matter that sits. Use for symptoms including poor digestion or appetite, distension in epigastrium or abdomen, abdominal gurgling sounds, nausea, fatigue and poorly formed stools. (May be combined with Fu Zi Li Zhong Wan to treat chronic diarrhea due to deficient spleen qi and yang.)
Ingredients: Atractylodes (bai zhu), codonopsis (dang shen), crataegus (shan zha), citrus aurantium (zhi shi), citrus (chen pi), hordeum (mai ya).
Directions for Use: Take 8 pills, three times daily. Increase to 12 pills as needed.
