Pure raw pseudoginseng powder may be taken internally or applied externally to traumatic wounds or bleeding gums. Tienchi supports blood circulation with flavonoids and heart health with saponin.

Directions for Use: Take 1/4 to 2 tspns (i.e. 3-5 gm), twice daily in capsule or stirred in hot water or soup. For external application, mix 3-5 gm with alcohol or rice wine/sake and then apply to afflicted area(s) to reduce swelling from injury or to stop bleeding of open wounds.
